Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted based on change of mind and or crystal characteristics.
Stones are a natural product formed underground over a very long period of time, and with all-natural products, there may be fissures or natural cracks, pits, minor undulating wave patterns, unabashed unique features, varying colours, varying textures, unique marking/s, shapes, and variations on and within the crystal/s. Processing through cutting and polishing stones may also leave the stones with minor manufacturing imperfections.
At Born Crystals we try and minimise the surprise of the unexpected when you receive your crystal by having beautiful and detailed photos for all our stones and 360-degree product videos for others. Bulk items that are photographed in batches and assortments are selected carefully and intuitively for you.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the item's value will be applicable if an item/s is canceled before dispatch.
Damaged Goods
At Born Crystals we carefully pack all items and ensure they are snug and safe to withstand the journey to you. All items are thoroughly checked prior to packaging, sadly on rare occasion and for reasons out of our control items may be damaged in transit.
For damaged item/s requests please contact us through our contact page or email us at hello@borncrystals.com.au within 12 hours of receiving your package along with a description and photos of the damaged item/s. Refunds or store credits shall be issued at the discretion of Born Crystals.
