Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders over $120
- Standard Shipping - $10: 2 to 7 Business Days
- Express Shipping - $16: 2 to 3 Business Days
- International Shipping - Variable: 5- 25 Business Days
Shipping rates and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on Shipping Zones and the weight of order/s.
Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing and dispatch and will not include actual transit time as different shipping locations may require more or less time in transit. Excludes Australian weekends and public holidays.
Once an order has been dispatched we cannot assume responsibility for orders in transit and orders that go missing after delivery. Please get in touch with Auspost or third-party providers directly within Australia or your respective country for queries and support.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that is used to check the delivery status. Please allow 48 hours + for tracking information to become available.

If an order is unable to be delivered or has failed to be picked up from Australia Post and returned to sender (Born Crystals). The customer would need to pay a new shipment fee to be shipped again. if the customer has requested a refund a $10 restocking fee applies.
Most shipments that are made within Australia are sent via Sendle and Australia Post and the rest with various third-party providers, shipping times, and handling are subject to Australia Post and various third-party providers, respective capacities, and abilities at any given time. Please note that there may be provider limitations on P.O. Box deliveries, industrial and commercial addresses.
Free shipping on all orders over AUD $120 is only available within Australia.
Any potential delays in processing, dispatch, or delivery in transit due to peak periods, postal service problems, changes in postal companies/organisation workings, unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic/s (e.g. COVID-19), drastic changes in economic conditions (e.g. financial crisis), ecological disasters, political and government policies/related changes and other issues, etc will not be the responsibility of Born Crystals.
International shipping rates vary depending on country/state/region/province etc and are calculated at checkout. International customers, those external to Australia, are responsible for import duties, customs, local taxes, fees and other factors applicable to the respective country and or enforced by the respective government.
